FAQ's

How do we meet and discuss and choose our service package?

The first time you need us, please try to call at least 5 days before our services are required. We will schedule a time to visit you, your home and pet, gather information and read and sign our service agreement.

Keys and payment are due at this visit. Your information is kept securely with us. If your personal information changes it will be necessary for you to contact us so we can update your service agreement.

Am I required to commit to a service package for a specific amount of time?

Once we've met you and your service agreement is signed, you can call us for any service package you need at the time, short-term or long term!

(NOTE) We will always do our best to accommodate your short notice service needs due to emergencies, illnesses, unplanned travel plans etc. however, again as much notice as possible is helpful.

What makes your company special and why shouldn't I look at another service?

At Caroline's Pet Connections, I am not only the business owner, I am your service provider.

My many years in this business have expanded my knowledge base as I have had and taken the opportunities to attend obedience trainings, learn special safety techniques and also become a volunteer at our local animal shelter, The Animal Welfare Society in West Kennebunk Maine.

In addition, I have worked for mortgage companies and human resource departments which have required extensive personal background checks. All helping to reassure you and your home and pets will always have a safe, reliable and loving hands-on experience.
